Paying for your order by PayPal
Note that the PayPal screens below may change or
look different in the future.
I set up this help screen in June of 2009
The screens below should help you understand how
the PayPal process works in general.
If you order part on my web site and pick PayPal
as your payment method,
I will send you an email with a PayPal total amount,
including shipping charges.
Do not send me PayPal
payments unless you have received an email from
me with a PayPal payment total.
Please do not choose PayPal unless you have a valid
PayPal account and are ready to pay for your order
using PayPal
Go to
http://www.paypal.com
and Log into your PayPal account
Click on the Send Money Tab and fill out the screen.
In the
To box, enter
the Hoffman Amplifiers paypal account as shown below
In the Amount box, fill in the total amount in the
PayPal email that I sent you.
Hit the
Continue button
The next screen you get may vary depending on your
PayPal account.
You may get a screen asking what account you want
to use for payment.
Example: You can pay
from your checking account, or use a credit card,
etc.
After you pick your payment method you should get
a review your payment method screen.
Please enter a message about what this payment is
for.
Use your 9 digit order number from your shopping
cart if you know it.
If everything is correct, hit the
Send Money button
After you hit the Send Money button, you should
get a confirmation screen saying that the money
has been sent.
After you send your PayPal payment, I will receive
an email from paypal.
The message you entered with your 9 digit shopping
cart order number will be in that email.
I will then know what this payment is for and will
be able to process and ship out your order.
After I process your order, you will then get an
email from me that has a PDF file attached.
This PDF file is a copy of your Sales Receipt showing
all the details of your order.
