How to email me
Notes:
Email does not reach me as quickly as you may
think it does.
I only check email after I have processed all the
orders or things slow down.
Orders come to me directly from my server through
a secure connection, not through my Outlook express
email program.
The emailed sales receipts that you receive from
me do not go out through my email, they are sent
directly through my credit card merchant service.
Many people assume that I am monitoring email all
day long. I am not, all my web store shopping cart
and emailed sales receipts go through other channels,
not through Outlook express.
I do not have Outlook express running while I am
processing and packing up orders so I may not see
your email until later in the day.
I have had people email me on the weekend and then
email me several times more saying that I am not
replying. If you email me on the weekend, I won't
see your email until Monday.
If we
do exchange emails back and forth,
make sure you include any
previous reply's
in your email.
I get so much email that I will not
remember what your previous email was about.
If
I get an email that I have no idea what it is about,
I just delete them and keep working.
Please do not send Attachments:
Your
attachment will not get through, my
email filtering software blocks all attachments.
You must hand type the address below, you cannot
click on it.

No solicitations:
Any sort of solicitation will result in your email
being blocked permanently.
All the filtering out stuff up above is necessary because
of the sad condition of the email system.
I cannot look through the 300 spam emails I get
every day to find the one good email that may have
gotten trapped by mistake.
I usually just delete all the trapped spam emails
at one time.
